Tour Includes:
Round trip transportation via deluxe motorcoach (Hale Transportation), tour escort,
five nights hotel including all taxes and baggage handling, five breakfasts, three
dinners, three shows, one boxed lunch, guided tour of Smoky Mountain National park
including guide gratuity, Dollywood, Ole Smoky Moonshine Distillery, and mystery
stop. Not included : Optional but customary gratuity for driver and escort, or hotel housekeeping.
Reservation & Payment Info:
$100.00 deposit per person within two weeks of reservation, full payment by July 25, 2017 . All cancellations are subject to a $5.00 service fee. We can not guarantee refunds for cancellations after July 25, 2017. We will offer refunds based on what we can reclaim from vendors. Any refund would be disbursed after the tour. Payment must be made by check or money order payable to Tours By Design, Inc. There is a $25.00 fee for checks returned for insufficient funds. Sorry, we do not accept Credit Card payments. Travel insurance is available; please ask for a brochure if needed or follow the link to Allianz Global on our website. Tours By Design reserves the right to cancel a tour due to low registration. Please sign up early to avoid disappointment.
