Tour Includes:
Round trip transportation via Hale Motorcoach, tour escort, two nights’ accommodations, meals and attractions as highlighted in the itinerary. Not included: Optional but customary gratuity for driver and escort.
Reservation & Payment Info:
$100.00 deposit per person is required within two weeks of reservation, balance by March 24, 2026. Checks payable to Tours By Design, Inc. $25.00 fee for returned checks, No Credit Cards. $5.00 service fee for cancellation once any payment is made. Refunds for individual cancellations are not available after March 24; the purchase of Travel Insurance is encouraged. Find a link to Allianz Global Assistance on this website, or call Allianz at 1-800-284-8300 and provide ACCAM# F032835 (or you can purchase travel insurance/protection from wherever you choose).
NOTE: Before sending in deposit, please call or e-mail the office first to have your name added to the reservation list to be sure your seat(s) are available. We will add your name and then you must follow-up with deposit within two weeks. When sending payment be sure to include name(s) of all travelers, phone, address, e-mail (if available), boarding location, and any special requests (one bed or two bed, food allergies, motion sickness, etc.). We do prefer to e-mail payment receipts/confirmations so let us know if you prefer to have hard copy sent in the mail.
