Tour Includes:

Five nights in downtown Nashville (Double Tree by Hilton), tours of the Ryman Auditorium, The Hermitage (home of Andrew Jackson), Jack Daniel's Distillery, Belle Meade Historic Site & Winery, Johnny Cash Museum, Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, RCA Studio B, reserved seats at the Grand Ole Opry show, ten meals (5 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 2 dinners), and time to visit the Honkey Tonks and Music Row on your own.  *This tour is being offered in conjunction with Mayflower Cruises and Tours.  A Mayflower Tour Manager will be with the group upon arrival in Nashville and throughout the tour.

NOTE: Price does not include airfare.  You can choose to book your own air, or add $800.00 for round trip airfare from Syracuse and that will be arranged through Mayflower and added to your package price.

Reservation & Payment Info:

A $200.00 per person deposit is due within 5 business days of making reservation.  Balance is due by May 14, 2026.  You will also need to provide Tours By Design with a completed reservation form to secure your seat.

Mayflower offers an optional Travelers Protection Plan (TPP).  If purchasing that, it must be paid for at the time of tour deposit.  The cost for the TPP for the land tour only is $249.00 per person.  If you are also purchasing airfare through Mayflower along with the land tour , the TPP is $349.00.  Remember that the cost of air is not part of the tour package and you can either purchase it with the package or secure your own air.  We suggest you check out air pricies before making your decision.

Your $200.00 deposit is non-refundable unless you purchase the TPP.  If you purchase the optional TPP, you will be refunded all payments, including deposit amount, less the TPP premium amount, if you cancel your reservation up to 24 hours prior to departure.

Please read the back page of the tour flyer for cancellation fees without the Travelers Protection Plan as well as information regarding air seats before making your final decisions.

All payments are to be made by check payable to Tours By Design or calling our office with a credit card that will be processed by Mayflower.  Accepted cards are Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
