Tour Includes:
PLEASE READ ITINERARY CAREFULLY before making reservation. Singer Castle is NOT handicapped accessible, there are about 100 stairs in total (not all at once) to navigate on the grounds and inside the castle, and an incline from the boat dock to the castle. For those unable to navigate the tour, there is a video of the castle that plays in the gift shop at the boat dock. The castle tour is guided and all participants must remain with the guide. There are no refunds given to anyone who goes on the tour and then determines they are unable to navigate the guided tour.

Not included: Optional gratuity for motorcoach driver and tour escort.

Full payment within two weeks of making reservation. Payment is NON-REFUNDABLE unless trip is canceled by Tours By Design. You can send a replacement at no extra charge for the name change, we must be notified in advance. Payment is by check only, payable to Tours By Design. Please include tour name or date in memo of check, and provide your phone number and e-mail if you have one and will accept confirmation via e-mail. There is a $25.00 fee for checks returned from bank. Sorry, we do not accept credit card payments. Tours By Design reserves the right to cancel a tour due to low registration.
